The Belmont Mansion was built beginning in 1912 as Reidsville's most impressive and elegant private home. When you
book the Belmont Mansion, you're taking a step back in time when things were so much simpler. You will not stress at
the Belmont Mansion!
Because the Belmont Mansion is a private home, the mansion is available for public events on a limited basis. This
limited availability combined with the extraordinary popularity of the Belmont can frequently make finding an
available date quite challenging. But take heart. We will do everything we can to find the perfect date for your
perfect wedding.
Why is our venue pricing so affordable?
This is the one question we are asked most often and the answer is quite simple: The owners of the Belmont Mansion
purposely made them that way. They want everyone to be able to enjoy the beauty and elegance of the home. In short,
North Carolina's most elegant and romantic event location is also one of the most affordable. Now... the only
problem is finding that date!
What About Those Pesky Extra Charges?
Frankly, we just don't have them. The family wants everyone to enjoy the mansion without the usual stress added by
things like "Cake cutting fees", "Bottle uncorking fees," "Electrical usage fees," etc., etc., etc. Wouldn't it be
wonderful if everything in life were this simple (and affordable)?
The Belmont Mansion offers "all inclusive" packages to make your day absolutely perfect. The best thing any couple can
do is visit the mansion. This will allow you to choose a setting that is perfect for you... Once we choose a setting, we
will sit with you and discuss pricing based on your wedding size.
The Sapphire Package
It is easier to tell you what this package doesn't include... This package does not include your wedding dress, your
tuxedo, a marriage license, personalizing the event with decorations..... But if you can handle that,
you can easily get married at Belmont Mansion with everything you need.
Catering
This is a sample menu from our preferred Caterers: Remember, this is just a sample idea.(You choose one or the other, then one of the options)
Italian Buffet: (These are just examples)
Lasagna (So many layers of fresh shredded cheeses, fresh herbs and homemade meat sauce) Chicken Alfredo (Bow Tie pasta in a rich, creamy, butter, Parmesan and cream sauce) Zucchini. (Fresh sliced zucchini squash that is seasoned, lightly coated in olive oil and grilled)
Beverages: Fresh Brewed Tea, (Sweetened and Unsweetened ) with Lemons, Lemonade and Water.

Southern Comfort Buffet:
Meat Loaf (Freshly ground beef, seasoned bread crumbs and Love) Pork Chops (Thin sliced bone in pork chops, coated with olive oil, seasoned and dredged in southern biscuit flour) Mashed potatoes (creamy Idaho, seasoned with salt and pepper and real butter on top) Green beans (Italian pole beans seasoned and cooked with a little bacon and onions)

Photography
One of our Preferred photographers for this package on site for eight hours. A digital download with all rights to the edited images. Editing of the photos to ensure the best quality.
Florist
Up to 20 centerpieces for your reception. The centerpiece contains either a black or white lantern, a candle in the center with 8" of greenery surrounding the candle. This centerpiece will sit on a wooden slab that is roughly 13" in width.
Disc Jockey
Six hours of DJ Entertainment
2 Wireless microphones and professional sound system for the ceremony. Unlimited pre-event consultations.
Wedding Cake
One three tier buttercream wedding cake with a $500.00 allowance.
All three tiers can be different flavors.
You can choose to build upon this if you wish or use the allowance for a dessert bar!
The Diamond Package
Again, It is easier to tell you what this package doesn't include... This package is our most incredible
wedding offered. It will again not include your wedding dress, your tuxedo, A marriage license, personalizing the event with decorations..... But if you can handle that, you can easily get
married at Belmont Mansion with everything you need and want.

Please keep in mind, these are packages. Due to the term "Packages" most of the pricing is based on a head count.
We need a rough head count, which package you are interested in and any a la carte services in order to price a package out for you.
It truly helps to schedule a tour, this will allow you to become comfortable with the space.
During your tour we will explain the four packages to you, in person. We will also take the time to answer all of your questions.
The Emerald package is the same as the Sapphire package, but has level 1 photography instead of level 2 photography and does not include cake. Sapphire has the level 2 photographers and includes cake!

Capturing the "Day of Your Life" in High Definition
Coverage from start to finish - Unobtrusive filming - Custom DVD or Blu-Ray disc or thumb drive or another form of a tangible or electronic product with menu and scene selection using broadcast quality High Definition cameras (1080p) and microphones. The video service starts two hours before the Ceremony and ends with the departure of the couple. Total amount of videography is eight hours. We begin by filming location shots at the wedding venue to set the scene. We then record the ceremony and reception; filming will continue until you depart. The ceremony will be uncut and you will receive all of the footage. All other footage will be edited providing you will about an hour of edited footage. The total footage will include if permitted, dancing, toasts, cake cutting, and more... including a teaser trailer.
We host up to one hundred and seventy five guests if you so choose to have that many. We will be happy to schedule a tour so you may walk through Belmont Mansion, as that is the only way to know if this is the best venue for you.
